The Synerji 5W Smart LED Golfball Globe combines full RGBCCT control — 16 million colours plus adjustable white from warm to daylight — in a compact E27 golfball form. App and voice-assistant compatible, it delivers 470 lumens and suits table lamps, pendants, and decorative fittings where colour and ambiance control is required.

 Shipping & Delivery 

We're proud to offer free delivery to your door on orders over R2000 in South Africa.

We deliver by courier to your door to all major centres throughout South Africa. Orders over R2000 include free delivery. If your order is under R2000, we charge R200 for this service, if your order includes oversized heavy items we will contact you with a quote for the excess Courier Charge.

For those items that are in stock, we aim to deliver regular parcels to central areas in South Africa within Standard Door to Door Courier 5-10 business days or Economy Door to Door Courier 7-14 business days, to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12 business days and special freight items within 15-21 business days from the date your payment has been received.

Please note some oversized items may incur extra shipping charges, our sales team will contact you with a quote under these circumstances

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Products need to be in original box and not have been installed
  • Products that are Locally manufactured cannot be returned 

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the goods need to be in their original packaging and product needs to be in good condition and not have been installed.

We charge a 15% handling fee on all stock supplied correctly.

Damages or Shortages must be reported within 24 hours from date of invoice. Such goods must be accompanied with the ORIGINAL invoice & boxes. Handling fee of 25% will be charged on correctly supplied goods.

ALL SPECIALS OR BUYOUTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE

To start a return, you can contact us at brett@wynberglights.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
