Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver across South Africa?+
Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times vary by location — typically 2–5 business days for major centres and 5–7 business days for outlying areas.
How much does delivery cost?+
We offer free delivery on orders over R1,500. Orders below R1,500 are charged at a flat delivery rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I collect my order in store?+
Yes, you're welcome to collect from our store at 34 Andries Street, Wynberg, Sandton. Please wait for your order confirmation email before coming in to collect.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery online.
Products & Stock
Are all products on the website in stock?+
Most products are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are made to order or sourced on request — these will be indicated on the product page. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll confirm availability.
Do you stock replacement parts and accessories?+
Yes, we stock a wide range of accessories including drivers, transformers, connectors, remotes, and replacement components. Use the search bar or contact us if you can't find what you need.
Can I get advice on which light to choose?+

Returns & Warranties
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage within 24 hours by emailing sales@wynberglights.co.za with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Do your products carry a warranty?+
Yes, most products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product — details are listed on individual product pages. Contact us if you need warranty support.
LED & Technical Questions
What is the difference between warm white, cool white, and daylight?+
Warm white (2700K–3000K) gives a soft, cosy glow — ideal for bedrooms and living rooms. Cool white (4000K) is clean and neutral — great for kitchens and offices. Daylight (5000K–6500K) is bright and crisp — best for workspaces and commercial applications.
What does IP rating mean?+
IP (Ingress Protection) ratings indicate how well a light is protected against dust and water. IP44 is suitable for bathrooms. IP65 is suitable for outdoor use. IP66 and above is suitable for exposed or high-pressure wash-down areas.
Can I dim LED lights?+
Only LEDs specifically marked as dimmable can be dimmed. Using a non-dimmable LED with a dimmer switch can damage the bulb or cause flickering. Always check the product description or contact us to confirm compatibility.
