The Deye 12kW three-phase hybrid inverter delivers balanced three-phase power for commercial premises, small industrial loads, and high-demand residential installations. Dual independent MPPT inputs accept large panel arrays, and the 97.6% peak efficiency keeps energy losses minimal. The unit ships with a WiFi dongle and BMS cable for immediate commissioning with compatible lithium battery banks. Up to 16 units can be paralleled for scalable multi-phase commercial systems.

Shipping & Delivery
We're proud to offer free delivery to your door on orders over R2000 in South Africa.
We deliver by courier to your door to all major centres throughout South Africa. Orders over R2000 include free delivery. If your order is under R2000, we charge R200 for this service, if your order includes oversized heavy items we will contact you with a quote for the excess Courier Charge.
For those items that are in stock, we aim to deliver regular parcels to central areas in South Africa within Standard Door to Door Courier 5-10 business days or Economy Door to Door Courier 7-14 business days, to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12 business days and special freight items within 15-21 business days from the date your payment has been received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- Products that are Locally manufactured cannot be returned
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, the goods need to be in their original packaging and product needs to be in good condition and not have been installed.
We charge a 15% handling fee on all stock supplied correctly.
Damages or Shortages must be reported within 24 hours from date of invoice. Such goods must be accompanied with the ORIGINAL invoice & boxes. Handling fee of 25% will be charged on correctly supplied goods.
ALL SPECIALS OR BUYOUTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE
To start a return, you can contact us at brett@wynberglights.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
