Description
Pipe Dreams is one of the pieces DARK is best known for. A linear architectural pendant built from a run of suspended rods dropped at staggered lengths, it reads as a single sculptural mass over a dining table, boardroom or reception desk, and scales up into tiered installations for hospitality and commercial interiors.
Every fitting is designed, engineered and made in our Johannesburg workshop, which is why length, drop, finish and configuration are specification decisions rather than fixed options.
Sizes
Four standard lengths — 160cm, 200cm, 250cm and 300cm — carrying three to five E27 lamps depending on length. Overall drop is adjustable to suit ceiling height. Non-standard lengths and multi-tier arrangements are made to order.
Materials and construction
Aluminium and steel frame with clear rods. Surface mounted or suspended. 230V, LED E27.

Shipping & Delivery
We're proud to offer free delivery to your door on orders over R2000 in South Africa.
We deliver by courier to your door to all major centres throughout South Africa. Orders over R2000 include free delivery. If your order is under R2000, we charge R200 for this service, if your order includes oversized heavy items we will contact you with a quote for the excess Courier Charge.
For those items that are in stock, we aim to deliver regular parcels to central areas in South Africa within Standard Door to Door Courier 5-10 business days or Economy Door to Door Courier 7-14 business days, to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12 business days and special freight items within 15-21 business days from the date your payment has been received.
