Dark Lighting Rain Series
Description
Rain is a slim cylindrical pendant built from fine vertical rods, hung singly, in clusters or as a double-tier drum. It is one of the most specified pieces in the DARK range because it works at almost any scale — a single narrow drop beside a bed, a run of them over a counter, or a double tier holding a stairwell or double-volume space.
Designed, engineered and manufactured in our Johannesburg workshop, which is why drop, diameter, configuration and finish are all specification decisions rather than fixed options.
Configurations
Single — Small, Medium and Large: lengths of 1m, 1.5m and 1.8m in diameters of Ø12cm, Ø22cm and Ø32cm.
Double Tier: a stacked two-drum configuration with a wider upper tier over a narrower lower tier. Lengths are customisable to the space.
Materials and construction
Aluminium and steel with 400cm clear and steel wire suspension. Surface mounted or suspended. 230V, LED E27 or LED GU10.
Specifying Rain
Used over dining tables, kitchen islands and reception desks, in stairwell voids, and in clustered arrangements across hospitality interiors. For project quantities, custom drops, double-tier configurations or trade pricing, send us your drawings and we will come back with a quote and lead time.

We're proud to offer free delivery to your door on orders over R2000 in South Africa.
We deliver by courier to your door to all major centres throughout South Africa. Orders over R2000 include free delivery. If your order is under R2000, we charge R200 for this service, if your order includes oversized heavy items we will contact you with a quote for the excess Courier Charge.
For those items that are in stock, we aim to deliver regular parcels to central areas in South Africa within Standard Door to Door Courier 5-10 business days or Economy Door to Door Courier 7-14 business days, to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12 business days and special freight items within 15-21 business days from the date your payment has been received.
