About Free Delivery
We're proud to offer free delivery to your door on orders over R1500 in South Africa.
We deliver by courier to your door to all major centres throughout South Africa. Orders over R1500 get this free. If your order is under R1500, we charge R150 for this service.
Delivery to these centres is normally 5 – 7 working days from receipt of payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Easy and complimentary, within 14 days
- Products need to be in original box and not have been installed
- Products that are Locally manufactured cannot be returned
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, the goods need to be in their original packaging and product needs to be in good condition and not have been installed.
We charge a 15% handling fee on all stock supplied correctly.
Damages or Shortages must be reported within 24 hours from date of invoice. Such goods must be accompanied with the ORIGINAL invoice & boxes. Handling fee of 25% will be charged on correctly supplied goods.
ALL SPECIALS OR BUYOUTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE
To start a return, you can contact us at brett@wynberglights.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
